Zahedi dates

Bain dates, which most of us know as dry dates, are found in the southern regions of Iran.Zahedi dates, whose other name is Qasb, is one of the most popular dates in Bushehr province and has a low sugar content. In terms of appearance, this date is oval and its end is narrow. This fruit turns yellow in the thorn stage and light brown when wet, and almost chocolate brown in the date stage. The dryness of Zahedi dates increases its shelf life and makes it less difficult for long-term consumption as well as transportation and export. This date is a multivitamin and an ideal source of energy and has good properties for health. Its price is lower than other types of dates and this makes it suitable for daily consumption. The quality of Zahedi dates is light brown to chocolate brown, and the flesh is slightly firm and easily separated from the core. Another feature of this type of date is that it is nutty and the best substitute for sugar next to tea and teas. If you intend to store this type of date for a long time, it is better to store it in the refrigerator.
